pakgae is an independent editorial platform producing guides, reviews and general information about online gambling for an English-speaking Pakistani audience. We do not operate any gambling service, accept deposits, process wagers or hold a gambling licence. • Platform Operation and Security: Ensuring the Platform is technically accessible, secure and free from malicious traffic, including analysis of server logs for security anomalies.

7.4 Payment Provider References

References to payment providers such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah in pakgae's editorial content are purely contextual. pakgae does not share any User data with these payment providers, and these providers do not have any data-sharing relationship with pakgae.

8. Data Retention

pakgae retains data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected:

• Analytics Data: Retained in anonymised, aggregated form for up to 13 months from the date of collection, after which it is deleted or further anonymised.
• Server Security Logs: Retained for a maximum of 90 days for security monitoring purposes, then deleted.

When you follow a link from pakgae to a third-party platform, you leave the scope of this Privacy Policy. pakgae has no control over, and accepts no responsibility for, the data collection and privacy practices of any third party.

Before registering an account with, or depositing funds at, any Third-Party Operator referenced on pakgae, you are strongly encouraged to read that operator's privacy policy and understand:

• What Personal Data the operator collects during registration and KYC verification (which may include CNIC or passport data, proof of address and selfie/liveness checks).
• How the operator uses and shares your data, including with payment processors such as Easypaisa, JazzCash or Raast.
